H-1B Fraud: Corporate Human Trafficking
The H-1B program is a scam to replace American workers with cheaper foreign labor under the lie of "skill shortages." Corporations openly discriminate against U.S. citizens while the government fines them pennies — a rounding error for the privilege of flushing heritage Americans down the drain. This is cultural replacement, corporate greed, and government complicity in one package.
The Lie of "Skilled Workers"
Compunnel Software Group was caught posting job ads that excluded U.S. citizens — favoring H-1B visa holders instead. DOJ fined them $313k, a slap on the wrist. They're one of nine companies caught red-handed under the Protecting U.S. Workers Initiative.
The numbers prove the con. DOJ's own data shows 17% of H-1B workers earn less than comparable Americans in the same jobs. NVIDIA sponsored a foreign Ph.D. at a salary that couldn't compete with a mid-level American dev — the job description was written to game the system. The "shortage" is manufactured. Wages gutted, opportunities stolen, a foreign cultural presence imposed on our communities — all to boost shareholder profits.
The Program Must End
Congressman Eli Crane's End H-1B Visa Abuse Act would pause new H-1B visas for three years. The DOL's Experience Benchmarking proposal would bar visas if foreign workers are paid less than Americans. Both sit ignored. The game is rigged. The refs are bought. The H-1B program should be abolished — it is human trafficking with a government stamp of approval.
